Jonathan Mallahan

President, Executive Director of CHV jonathan.mallahan@cceasternwa.org Jonathan Mallahan is the President and Executive Director of Catholic Housing Ventures, CCEW’s housing program. In this role, he is responsible for the property and asset management of the agency’s 3,000 unit portfolio, developing new affordable housing communities, and supporting the success of our residents through supportive programming to achieve their goals in life. Jonathan joined Catholic Charities in 2018 after nearly 11 years with the City of Spokane, where he served in various roles associated with neighborhood services including Director of Neighborhood and Business Services. He proudly led efforts to address homelessness, grow business and create great neighborhoods. In this role, he saw the work of many amazing organizations making a difference in our community and brings that passion to Catholic Charities Eastern Washington. Jonathan is a 2007 graduate of Gonzaga University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Government.
