OUR SERVICES

ESSENTIAL NEEDS

DIAPERS, WIPES, and FORMULA ONCE EVERY 30 DAYS.

Diaper sizes and formula based on availability. Walk-In Hours are Monday-Thursday from 10 am - 2 pm. No appointment is necessary.

CLOTHING (SIZES NEWBORN - 2T) ONCE EVERY 60 DAYS.

Please allow two business days to fill your order. Pick up available during walk-in hours Monday-Thursday from 10am-2pm.

OTHER ESSENTIAL ITEMS, ONCE EVERY 60 DAYS

Baby bathtub, stroller, highchair, etc. All based on availability. (Please attach your other essential items with your clothing order).

PARENTING CLASSES

CIRCLE of SECURITY® PARENTING™ (COSP) teaches parents to identify, understand and respond to their child's emotional needs. The 8-week course is offered quarterly for caregivers of children aged six months to five years.

BABY CARE 101:

Baby Care 101 is a course providing expectant and newly parenting caregivers education and tools to learn how to care for their new baby.

TODDLER CARE 202:

An informative and interactive parenting series that covers child development, nutrition, sleep, potty-training, and more!

MUSIC TOGETHER in PARTNERSHIP WITH SONGBIRD STUDIO:

An interactive music class for children aged zero to five to attend with their caregiver.

Classes are offered during Fall, Winter, and Spring quarters.

PREGNANCY AND PARENTING SUPPORT

PREPARED MOMS:

A weekly drop-in social support group for moms with children under the age of five. Join us in building friendships, fostering community, and supporting one another in navigating parenthood. Childcare is provided. For more information contact prepared.moms@cceasternwa.org

CASE MANAGEMENT:

Offers parents the opportunity to have parent support, goal setting, and community resources to help them be the parent they want to be with support from our compassionate circle of security-trained case manager. For more information contact Sarah Durrant at Sarah.durrant@cceasternwa.org.

EDUCATION SUPPORT:

Families with children ages three to five can access Education Support to work on kindergarten readiness. Adults may receive ESL support. For more information contact Sandi Nokes at Sandra.nokes@cceasternwa.org

FAMILY COMPANIONS:

If you are a mom who could use some extra support, contact us to be matched with an experienced mentor who’s been through the challenges of parenting. Receive one on one mentorship, non-judgemental support, guidance, and friendship. Contact mentorship.prepares@cceasternwa.org

BREASTFEEDING COUNSELING:

PREPARES offers information and/or encouragement for moms who are, or seek to breastfeed. Contact our Certified Breastfeeding Counselor, Sandi Nokes for more information. Sandra.nokes@cceasternwa.org
