As we begin the Lenten Season once again, we turn to Catholic Relief Services’ Rice Bowl as a meaningful way to journey through the six and a half weeks in solidarity with our brothers and sisters around the world. This year, we celebrate the life-saving and life-changing work of CRS in El Salvador, Madagascar and Timor-Leste. Look for a Rice Bowl in your own parish or call the Parish Social Ministry office (509-358-4273) to have one mailed to you. You can also find resources at www.crsricebowl.org.

Remember that 25% of your sacrificial contributions stay here in Eastern Washington to support hunger and nutrition programs.
