Easter fun at fahy west!

For Easter, residents at Fahy West Apartments decorated eggs and competed in a coloring contest for prizes. Needless to say, it was quite the competition for first place :-) A little bit of fun goes a long way, as the focus has been on getting every resident vaccinated. Thanks to Gonzaga University nursing students and the health department, most of the residents have either received their shot at The Spokane Arena or have had their vaccine given to them onsite at Fahy West.

Decorating eggs and receiving vaccine shots may not seem like they go hand in hand, but this is about family after all. We want everyone that can be around other people (especially family) to feel comfortable enough to make that happen. Easter is a time of new beginnings and for our residents at Fahy, it was a moment to be shared together.

From all of us at Catholic Charities, we hope each and every one of you had a wonderful and blessed Easter.
